Marcus asked Kelsey how to act like a pregnant woman?
Kelsey's expression froze. Was acting even necessary?
She already was one.
Was this considered acting on instinct?
Kelsey replied earnestly, "Does this require any acting skills?"
"You're right, you've always been a good actress. Don't overthink it. Suzie will be here to take care of you to ensure you don't slip up," Marcus said.
"Marcus, rest assured, I will play my part well. But you should focus on arranging the surgery," Kelsey responded.
She didn't want to deal with Angela and expected Marcus to handle it.
Knowing Angela's knack for drama, Kelsey was certain the surgery wouldn't be delayed.
As Kelsey got out of the car and entered the hall, Marcus followed, his gaze complex.
