Kelsey ignored everyone and headed straight for the elevator; she needed to leave immediately.
Sidney pulled Marcus aside urgently, lowering her voice. "Marcus, didn't I warn you not to let Kelsey get pregnant? If you couldn't control yourself, why didn't you use protection?"
Faced with his mother's directness, Marcus's lips twitched. "This is my business."
"It's not just your business now! Kelsey's pregnant—what about Angela?"

As Kelsey stepped out of the elevator, Angela's voice stopped her. "Wait."
