Shopping Trip

                  (Augusta Pov)

   I woke up forgetting for a second where I was before the memories of last night came flooding back making me smile, yeah sure being sold at an auction wasn't fun but if it hadn't happened I never would have met James. I tried to turn around but I was pinned to the bed with his arm around my waist, after a few minutes of wiggling around I was finally able to turn over facing James. He looked so peaceful in his sleep, I didn't have the heart to wake him so I just lay there watching him sleep like a creeper. I snuggled up closer to him, his body heat warming me and his sent relaxing me. Yes vampires give out body heat, not all the myths about vampires are true, they don't burst into flames in the sun, when they are born they don't have a heart beat but when they find their mate (Beloved) their hearts start beating. Garlic doesn't hurt them and they absolutely do not sparkle in the sunlight like in twilight, the do have super human strength and speed and they do drink blood but they can also eat normal food if they want to. They can be born or turned, if they are born they usually stop aging around their late twenties or early thirties. They are sensitive to sunlight but it doesn't really do them any real damage it just makes them slightly sluggish, but even in the sun they are much stronger than humans.

   I looked at James and scrunched up my nose, I really don't want to wake him up but I wish he would wake up already. I sighed then reached over to move some hair out of his face, damn his hair was so soft as it fell through my fingers. I let my hand move through his hair massaging his scalp, I was so focused on what I was doing that I didn't even realize he woke up. "You having fun there?" He asked making me jump and pull my hand away, he laughed and pulled me closer to him before kissing the top of my head and saying, "It's okay love that actually felt amazing." I blushed before laying my head on his chest and covered my face with my hands. He chuckled while he rubbed my back with his hand up and down and said, "No need to be embarrassed love, I'm all yours you can look and touch whenever you want." I looked up at him, my eyes falling to his lips before leaning over and kissing him. He pulled me closer and deepened the kiss, taking control and I loved every second of it.

              (James Pov)

   The first thing I felt when I woke up was Augusta's hand massaging my scalp, it felt really good and she hadn't noticed that I was awake yet. "You having fun there?" I asked her, making her jump causing me to laugh. I kissed the top of her head before saying, "It's okay love that actually felt amazing." She blushed and it was the cutest thing I've ever seen, she lay her head on my chest and hid her face, "No need to be embarrassed love, I'm all yours you can look and touch whenever you want." She looked up at me, her gaze landing on my lips as she leaned over and kissed me. I pulled her closer deepening the kiss, my tongue gaining dominance over hers. We pulled apart to catch our breath, once I was able to breathe normally again I said, "How about we get some breakfast and then go to the mall to get you some clothes." She smiled before saying, "Sounds good." I quickly got dressed and found some clothes for Augusta to wear in the meantime, they were a bit big on her but we made it work. We went downstairs to have breakfast, on the way to the dinning room we ran into my parents. My mom smiled and said, "Good morning you two, what are you up to today?" I slid my arm around Augusta's waist before saying, "We were just gonna have some breakfast and then go to the mall to get Augusta some clothes so she has something to wear until her stuff gets here." My dad said, "Well then how about we have breakfast together before you head out."

  We sat around the dinning table as we were served breakfast, vampires don't need to eat real food but we can if we want to and we had some human staff as well so we always had food in the castle. We started to eat when my mom said, "Oh James I almost forgot, Sarah is coming home today she said she was planning to stay a week before heading back to college." I smiled, Sarah is my little sister and a sophomore in college. Her college is located in Hawaii but she comes to visit any chance she gets, "What time is she coming?" My dad looked up from his food and said, "She said she should be here by 6 tonight." I love Sarah but like any little sister she can be annoying at times. My mom looked over at Augusta and said, "Oh Augusta I'm so excited, you will get to meet our little girl tonight and I'm sure she is going to love you." Augusta smiled and said, "I didn't know James had a sister, I can't wait to meet her." My dad laughed and said, "She goes to a college in Hawaii but comes home every once and awhile, James probably didn't mention anything because he is afraid she will embarrass him in front of you." They all laughed while I groaned before replying, "That girl lives to annoy and embarrass me." Augusta smiled and responded, "Sorry James but that is a little sister's job after all, annoying our brothers is our duty." My parents burst out laughing and I shook my head but couldn't help but smile, we finished our food and blood (those of us who drink blood) before heading to the mall.

          (Augusta Pov)

    James drove us to the mall in town, I was surprised how big it was we had a mall back where I grew up but it wasn't nearly as big as this one. He parked the car and got out, coming around to my side and opening my door for me before taking my hand in his and leading me inside. People stopped and stared at us as we walked by, every girl we passed by looked at James like they wanted to jump him then and there. I normally wasn't a jealous person but I couldn't help but feel like beating the s**t out of any woman who tried to get at my man. James pulled me into one of the stores and we went straight to the woman section, he smiled and said, "If you see anything you like grab it, and don't worry about the prices." I rolled my eyes and said, "I can pay you back when my stuff gets here, since my wallet was at home when I was taken and I do have money of my own." He smiled and shook his head before saying, "Please just let this be my gift to you love, I just wanted to do some thing for my beloved." How can I say no to that face, it was impossible so I sighed before saying, "Okay, fine." He smiled at me and I couldn't stop myself from smiling back, we browsed the shelves and racks of clothing before a two piece dress caught my eye. The dress was black lace and would show of a bit of midriff, it was beautiful and definitely me. James saw me looking at the dress and said, "You should try it on, I'm sure it will look great on you." I was already in love with the dress so I agreed, we walked over to the fitting room he took a seat at the waiting area as I went in to change.

   I got out of the clothes I was wearing and tried on the dress, I looked in the mirror and smiled the dress looked great. It fit me very well, there was a bit of cleavage but not to much and the dresses mid-drift showed off my abs. Just then I heard James say, "What's taking so long, I wanna see it." I laughed before saying, "Okay, I'm coming out." He looked me up and down with lust in his eyes before clearing his throat and saying, "That dress looks amazing on you, we are getting that now go back and change and find you some more clothes. I quickly changed back to what I was wearing before going out and looking for some more clothes. I found a few more outfits in that store, dark blue fitted denim dress, a sexy hot pink t-shirt paired with black skinny jeans, and a blue floral shirt paired with a knee length flowing black skirt. We looked around for a little while longer before deciding to go to a different store, he paid for the items I picked then we headed to the next store.

            (James Pov)

  We shopped in a few more stores and got Augusta some more outfits, as we were leaving the last store, I saw a*****e that brought a smile to my face. I gently pulled her towards the store, she looked up at the sign before turning to me and saying, "Seriously, do we really have to go in there." I smiled and nodded before pulling her into Victoria's Secret, she groaned but allowed me to lead her into the store. We walked towards the closest row of lingerie, I turned to look at her and noticed she was blushing and it was adorable. I quickly pecked her lips before saying, "Come on love, no need to be embarrassed lets just pick a few out and then we can leave." She bit her lip as she thought about it then nodded her head and started looking at the lingerie sets, I had no idea there were so many different style types. She ended up choosing a black lace strapless body suit, a dark purple floral mesh teddy, and a red bralette and garter-panty set. On our way to pay for the items a black peekaboo teddy in her size caught my eye, it was also crotch-less and I would really love to see her in that. I made sure she wasn't looking and grabbed it and put it in the pile of lingerie she picked out that I was holding for her, I put it at the bottom of the pile and hopped I could pay for this without her noticing it. We got to the check out stand and I placed the pile of lingerie on the counter and as the cashier was scanning and bagging the items, I pulled Augusta closer to me and wrapped me arm around her waist and smiled down at her. She looked up at me and blushed before hiding her face against my chest, I chuckled then kissed the top of her head. The cashier smiled at us before saying, "That will be $175." I paid for the items and grabbed the bag and we excited the store, we had been at the mall for a few hours and it was now lunch time.

  I looked at Augusta and asked, "Are you hungry, we can have lunch before we leave if you want." She smiled and nodded her head before saying, "Sounds good." We went upstairs to the food court, each of us carrying a few bags. She chose Chinese food which was fine with me, its one of my favorites. The line wasn't long just a few people people in front of us, when it was our turn we placed our order then chose a table nearby so I could hear when they called our number. We placed the bags under the table and sat down to wait, I took her hand in mine over the table and smiled from the sparks I feel traveling across my skin when we touch. We vampires were always taught that everything was better when you find your beloved everything would be better, love would be stronger than anything we've ever felt, s*x would feel better, their blood would taste better than any blood we've ever tasted because they are our soul mates. Our other halves made just for us, I had been waiting to meet her for a long time and I am very happy it turned out to be her. She smiled back at me and I got lost in her eyes for a few minutes, I snapped out of it when I heard them call our number. I went to get our order while she sat at the table with the bags, I carefully carried our food back to the table and set it down before taking my seat.
