I couldn't believe his words. Hop on? This was crazy right? Would he even be able to carry me long? Of course he could, he's one of the strongest people I know, a true picture of an alpha. I was nervous as I grabbed hold of his dark grey fur and climbed on, gently squeezing his sides with my legs so I wouldn't fall off as he stood and like a flash we took off.

This. Was. Amazing!

I couldn't help but laugh and smile. I took my hair down letting my long dark curls flow through the wind, I held my arms out in joy feeling as if I could fly and conquer the world. I felt.. free. This is what true freedom felt like, the scents of the forest as we stormed through it, the sound of leaves crunching beneath his large paws. I thought I'd never get to feel anything close to this without my wolf, but Brayden.. he made this possible.. for me. Despite everything he still loved me and that was the best feeling of all.

Brayden pov.

I could smell the river and I found our path, we were almost there. I circled around a large boulder into a mossy patch, we're here. I had to hand it to her, this place is absolutely stunning. The creek that ran through was so clean and clear, the whole forest floor seemed to be covered in a soft mossy blanket, there was 4 large rocks on the other side we used to climb and play on when we were kids, and a large flat one that always stayed warm from the sun shining and lighting up this place just right. had it not been for her need for adventures, bravery, and love of nature, we would have never found it that day.

She climbed off my back and stepped towards the river. The sun shining on that beautiful hair of hers almost made them dark curls seem golden. I could hear her take in a deep breath, and watched as her chest heaved up and down. She turned and looked at me with those hazel eyes. her outfit hugging her body just right, showing off her curves. she was stunning and I wanted to take in every bit of her. I needed her, to bury my head in those shiny golden brown locks and claim her, to feel her tremble beneath me as she screams my name. Just the thought had my heart pumping, the feeling rising inside of me was becoming uncontrollable, and being in my wolf form ment I could smell that beautiful scent of hers ten times stronger, I had to shift..

I walked up behind her and shifted back, wrapping my arms around her lower stomach and pulling her tight taking in a deep breath of her scent as I rested my head on her shoulder. I could feel myself getting hotter as I imagined my teeth in that pretty little neck, marking her as mine, my true mate. I was losing it.. fast..

Vera POV

Finally peace.. I loved this place so much. It soothed my soul. it's always been a wonderful escape from pack life. That journey was amazing and I couldn't thank him enough.

I felt his strong muscular arms wrap around me and I reached up rubbing them, but the way he was holding me was kinda tight, and dare I say possessive almost like I wasn't allowed to move from him. I glanced to the side and noticed.. no shirt.. it then hit me, after a wolf has shifted back their naked. It wasn't unusual and I was used to seeing naked pack members from time to time, but I've never seen HIM naked. A nervous breath escaped me and he must have noticed. My body shuddered at the possessive growl that left his throat and his body heat was becoming really intense. I started to feel his member press against my a**. I tilted my head exposing my neck as he began to place gentle kisses from my jawline down.
