Rose POV
When we arrived at the company, mr Brooke stormed out of the car and headed towards the building. I had to practically run to catch up with him. He was rushing and I had to rush behind him.
He stormed into his office and locked the door leaving me outside. The girl at the desk opposite the room jumped slightly at the sight of me. She looks like she's been working there for a good twenty years.
"Excuse me ma'am sorry to interrupt your work. Mr Brooke says he hired me as his personal assistant and since he's blatantly ignoring me, can you possibly help me. I'm Rosetta Greene."
I explained to her and she goes through the computer and noticed my name on there. She smiled at me then led me to a room.
