Emiko’s POV
I see a hand holding Yami’s heart sticking out of the hole in his chest. The hand disappears, and Yami falls to the ground, revealing my beautiful son. He looks at me as he stands with Yami’s heart in his hand. He looks weak, but he did it. He killed Yami and saved my life. He drops the heart on the floor and stumbles back.
Marcel is there in seconds, and he looks to be healed, and I am so happy to see that. He catches Hiro and holds him up. Hiro looks up at him and smiles, and then he closes his eyes. He looks like he is unconscious, but I can see he is breathing. I got my katana and cut Yami’s head off and then used Marcel’s fire power to burn his body.
His fox is no longer surrounding him, so I know his spirit is gone, once and for all. All my years of hiding are over.
