Amara’s POV
We step through the portal into the Fae realm and head straight to the castle. Grandma and Gio have done an amazing job with the decorations. We mingle for a bit, and I open presents before we head outside for dinner.
They set up a marquee for the festivities, so that we could dine outside, at the back of the palace. It was amazing, and I made the most of the time I had. I looked at my watch and saw that it was nearly time. I excused myself, and kissed both my mates quickly, and told them I needed to use the restroom. I had just stepped inside the castle when Elijah called me.
