Michael sat in his car outside James 's house. He wondered why he had driven all this way and what he would hope to achieve through breaking in and examining the house. The way John had described the break-in at James’ home, the break-in seemed very suspicious, and Michael wanted to check out the place himself. But then Michael considered the downsides of the plan.
