The doctors didn’t let anyone see Jordan. He was still in the emergency room. As I waited in the waiting area, my legs wouldn’t stop bouncing.
I was so nervous while waiting for feedback from the doctors. I kept on praying that he would pull through.
I wasn’t ready to lose him. Not now. Not ever.
And the worst part was that we weren’t on talking terms. I was still giving him the silent treatment because of what happened with Benjamin.
I ran a hand through my hair.
The thought of something happening to him made my chest feel like it was being crushed. Jordan wasn’t just my best friend, he was my brother.
I should’ve been more lenient with him.
I wasn’t sure I would be able to forgive myself if something ended up happening to him. I didn’t even
