Manik and I made our way out and to the place where the reception party takes place. Alia came and removed my veil from above my head and then some amount of make up. I thanked her and then all were sitting in the chairs. The gang and us sat at the front table together with mine and manik's parents.

Suddenly my dad got up and lifted his wine glass to raise a toast. 

Sharan: Manik I've seen you since you were born. One scratch on my daughter I'll have you jailed. 

Manik: I will not disappoint you. 

Then Kabir stood up.

Kabir: Nandini... Manik, Dhruv and I have been childhood buddies. Your husband is very kind- hearted so buy diamonds how many ever you wish for. He won't say a word. 

All laughed and Manik slipped his arm around my waist. 

Nandini: I'll note that. But I have the biggest jewel, his heart I don't need anything else. 

All awed and Manik pecked her head. 

Then mom stood up: Nandini my dear baby welcome to the family. You know Manik was furious with us once. 

why mom?

Manik: mother are you serious you're not telling her this. 

shut up Manik mother you continue. Ignore him. 

Nyonika: you know when manik was going through his teen problems. He was 16 when he suddenly barged in our room and is like " why did you give birth to me ". 

He was furious he was like you guys should have taken my permission. Manik beta we gave you birth so that your father and I could share complete happiness. If you have any complaints tell me I'll straighten him up. Raj and I love both of you my sweethearts. 

Manik and Nandini both send her flying kisses and said "we love you too mother". 

Soon everyone got up for the couple dancing. First Nandini danced with Sharan and whilst dancing Sharan passes her to Manik as a sign of acceptance and that from now Nandini belongs to Manik. As soon as Nanz was in Manik's arms the song flightless bird started to play. They danced enjoying themselves and then later both moved in the house, they got changed Nandini was wearing a dress that reached till her knees. 

Suddenly Manik picked her up and everyone started hooting and Nanz threw the bouquet and it fell in Alia's hand. 

Manik then settled Nandini in the passenger seat and they both left in the car with everyone hooting behind. 

They drove away. In the car: 

Manik: so Mrs. Malhotra how does it feel to be Manik Malhotra's wife. 

Nanz: good. But I'm not dealing with your fan girls. 

Manik laughed and took her hand in his and kissed her knuckles and then intertwined their fingers and held them in his lap as he drove with one hand. That moved away to go for a surprise. As they reached the trail path Nandini realized where they were. 

Nanz: Manik.... 

Manik: yes we are at our house. 

Nandini was so happy that she couldn't believe herself. They went in and to their room. 

Manik: this is yours 

He said and gave her the keys and a card. Then he brought out something from his blazer pocket and put a box in front of her. 

Seeing what was in the box she gasped. It was beautiful. The box contained a gorgeous heavy diamond neck piece. 

Nandini: Manik this.... it's gorgeous. 

Manik: nothing compared to your beauty. 

Nandini smiled at him and closed the box and kept it in the locker in their room and came back to Manik as he took her in his arms to bed to make her his forever and ever. 

Next day Nanz was brought home and they were welcomed with Niyonika doing their aarti. 

The Malhotra mansion. 

They played the games and then soon days turned by and they also did the "pak phere " rasam where Nandini stayed at her parents house celebrating her times shared with them. It was now time for the old couples to leave. 

Murthy mansion. 

In past few days went packing and family time. Manan decided to shift into a three bedroom apartment. The Malhotra and the Murthy old couples left to respective places. Manan too shifted to their new apartment. 

Manan apartment: 7am. 

Manik's pov.

I got up with my alarm clock sound. In sleep I moved my hand around and found the space next to me empty. 

I groaned loudly but neither the less got up. Freshing up went to the kitchen to get a glass of water when I found nandini cooking in shorts and crop top. I back hugged her and nuzzled my nose in her hair. 

Manik's pov end.

Nandini's pov. 

I got up early today. 

Wearing a crop top and shorts after freshing up I left to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for manik. 

Nandini's outfit 

I was cooking when I felt his presence. He backed hugged me and started nuzzling his nose in my hair.

Manik..

Hmm.

Move I need to make breakfast. 

Nai!

MANIK.

He left me and sadly pouting stood there. Ahh. He's so cute. I quickly pecked his pout and moved out to arrange breakfast. 

Nanz pov end.

Nandini: manik come have breakfast. 

Manik: what have you prepared. 

Nandini: chole bhature. 

Manik: nice. 

Both sat down and had their breakfast. 

Manik: Nandini Mukti ka room ready karwado. Meine ek cook and maid ko bulaya hai Mansion se. 

Nandini: Mukti aaj lautri hi ooty se..

Manik: hmm. C'mon now I'll leave.

Nandini went to bring Manik's bag. Nandini dropped manik till the door. 

Manik: bye love take care I love you. He pecked her lips and left. 

Nanz: bye. I love you too. 

She closed the door shut after she saw him disappear down the staircase.
