Why Me Goddess

New Day

I pull the covers up over my head as I try to berry myself deeper into the bed. It feels so much better then sleeping on the cold hard ground.  "Jasmine sweetie its times to wake up" my mom said as she lightly shook me "Mom a little a longer please." I said and she rolled her eyes "I'll just leave you some money so you can get something to eat when you get up. I have to go look for a job" She said to me "Be carful mom, I love you" I said to her as I looked at her from the covers. Mom smiled at me "I love you too sweetie and I will be." She said to me as she hugged me and hugged her back. She walked to door and walked out it, I let out a sigh as I looked out the window as I laid back in the bed. 'This bed feels nice.' I thought to myself as I let out a sigh 'But I should get up and look for a job myself…' I get up out of bed and go to the bathroom and take a shower with whatever the hotel has there in the bathroom. When I get done in the bathroom I went back in the room and got dressed for the day, in a pair of navy jeans and plan white t-shirt. I grabbed the money that mom left for me, and then I grabbed the hotel key card that was to our room and I put it in my pocket also. Once I had every thing I left the room.

I find a small dinner and walk into it, I have been smelling other wolves since last night and I know mom has too, but these must been pack wolfs and not rouges if she is not worried about them. I walk to a table and a waitress comes over "What can I get you sweetie?" She ask with a fake smile on her face "I'll take a coffee and your special please" I say smiling back as she writes down the order "Coming right up." The waitress says as walks off and heads to the back to place my order. I let out a sigh as I lean back into the seat 'This place is nice, like really nice, maybe we can stay here for more then three months.' I think to myself. "Parton me miss" as voice of a male says and I jump a bit, but I notice he has the smell of a human so I don't have to worry. "I don't mean to scare you miss" He said as he set a crossed from me  "Can I help you, sir?" I ask the man that is sitting in front of me, he looks to be in his early thirties "I was just wounding what you was doing out here alone and not in school?" He ask me 'Oh buddy I wish I could be in school, but my life will not aloud it' I thought to myself "I got  suspended from school because I beat up three kids in a day" I said to him and he looked at me "A trouble maker I see." I nodded my head "Yes sir, now I have to find a job while I am suspend from school, because my mother what me working." I said to him 'Mom does want me working so that is not a lie, but the school part is' I thought to myself. "I'll see you around kid" The guy said just as my food came out, I nodded to the waitress "The food is on me kid" The guy said to me "And come back here in the morning" He added and I just nodded my head and started to eat my food. I started to eat my breakfast, I've had to learn to lie just so I could get jobs, it was pretty much the same lie every were we went. 

Once I was done eating my breakfast I got up from my seat and walked out of the restaurant. As I was walking I stuck my hands in my pockets as I walked. There was stores I had not seen in a while in the human town we was in and a very pretty blue dress caught my attrition as I walked down the side walk. The blue dress was in a window of a dress store that someone would by prom, wedding or any fancy party that a girl would need to look very pretty in. I let out a sigh 'I'll never be able to wear a dress like that' I thought to myself as I looked at the dress one more time. The dress was so pretty, is was a sky blue and it looked like it was a mid length the sleeves was flowy. 'Move Jazz, move now or you will be lying again' I thought to myself as I let out a sigh and I started to again.

"Hey you cutie" I heard someone call from the ally way I had just past.  The voice sounded of a rouge that had been following mom and I, but I was not sure so I took a sniff of the air and it was the rouge that had been following us. I shook my head as I keep walking, I was not going to stop walking for another rouge, especial this one. Sure mom and I are rouges, but the others are all guys so we have to watch our tails when we go places. I wish I could have been born in a pack but nope, I had to be born a nasty rouge.

Being a rouge is not for a teen girl like me at all, I’ll be getting my wolf in a year so I know that I should be in a pack for my first shift, but the way my life is going I will always be a nasty rouge, and I will never be a pack. I let out a sigh as I keep walking, I knew I should go find my mother before soon, thankful I did have one thing that everyone now days has and that is a cell phone. I took it out of my pocket and called my mom, she picked up after a moment or two “Hey baby girl.” She said and I shook my head a bit “Is everything alright mom?” I ask her, because she only called me ‘baby girl’ if something had happened to her “Ich bin in einer Gurke.”(I’m in a pickle) She said in german, which is our second language. “Alright mom I’ll come find you” I tell her “Nein, wir müssen nicht beide hier sein.” (No don’t we both need to be here) She said and the phone hung went dead. ‘s**t she meet up with a male rouge and did something that we have always ran away from.’ I thought to myself as I stud there on the street frozen for the longest. I didn’t know if my mother would come back to me or if she would get killed by the rouges that had her. The rouges always liked to have way to much fun the females that they get and they keep them and never let them go until they are dead.

I took off running and I had no idea were was going and I could do was cry. I ended up back at the hotel and when I got there all of our things was gone and I growled as I cried more. I just feel on the fell on the bed as I cried more. I was not happy at all. I had to get out of here, but I needed a job and to save up money so I could get a train to some where else, any were else.
