Chapter 26 Planning to Visit The Prince

Soira is preparing lunch for Klei and Jim. It has been one month since she brought Devan to the temple on the mountain.

She missed the prince, but she knew it will be for his own good. It's time to visit the young prince tomorrow though and she already prepared her things going to the mountain; hoping she could avoid Dwight, the traitor Royal Mage.

"I need to find a way to see Devan without alarming that mage about my presence." She thought of disguising as a monk. "It could work. It's better than hiding while looking for Devan."

"Are you sure it is safe for you to go back to the temple?" Klei asked his wife.

ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ

"As long as that Royal Mage would not see me and recognize me," she replied. "I need to wear something that will not attract his attention.

"You can wear my uncle's old monk clothes. Though it could be quite big for you," Klei suggested. "It's in the storage box under our bed."

"I can alter that to fit me." She stood up and ran fast going upstairs and to get the monk clothes.

She knelt and peek on the storage boxes underneath their bed. She grabbed the old box made of plywood and opened it. There she saw the tan-colored monk clothes. She smiled widely. "I can see the prince tomorrow." She smiled.
