Sometimes, I felt like Timerante was as foolish as a fool when it came to relationships. How could I possibly forgive him?
He would never understand how I felt when I woke up early, put on exquisite makeup, and wore a beautiful dress before stepping into the office door.
He would never understand the anticipation I felt today as I opened my eyes and sensed the warm blood flowing through every vein in my body, hoping for a bright future.
I planned so much, disguised myself for so long, and even underwent a blood transfusion, thinking that eternal happiness awaited me. But the Moon Goddess played a huge, absurd joke on me.
As I pushed open that door, my smile froze on my face.
Timerante held the woman tightly, wearing a wide smile of happiness on his face.
