Annihilator

Nakatayo sa tuktuk ng pinakamataas na tore kasama ang dalawang lalaki sa likod ko. Parehong nakatingin sa baba habang pinagmamasdan and mga estudyanteng papasok sa kanilang dormitory building.

Palaging ganito ang nagiging senaryo pagkatapos ng mga klase ng mga studyante. May nagtatawanan habang naglalakad, may naghahabulan at may nag kekwentuhan.

Also, there's a rule in the academy that strictly no to romantic relationship. That's why all the teachers and staff are triple strict towards these students. They observe everyone's movements every day.

Pinigilan ko ang aking sarili na mapahikab at nilalabanan ang antok sapagkat ilang linggo na ako walang tulog. Malapit na din magdilim at paunti-unti nang lumalakas ang hangin kaya bahagyang nililipad ang buhok ko.

"Tie your hair," I heard the hunter say. He's standing on my right side and the other one who's standing on my left side is the assassin.

I tied my hair into a ponytail to prevent them from getting destructed. My focus was still on the students below that are now starting to run.

"Time?" I asked, I meant for the time remaining.

"Four minutes and thirty seconds." The hunter replied.

Before 6 o'clock, all students must be inside their dormitory, and for those hardheaded students who sneaks out will be rewarded a punishments.

My right eyebrow raised in curiosity when a boy student pulled a girl student near the dormitory corridor.

"Hunter." I assigned and as if on cue, the hunter's presence beside me disappeared. He knows what to do.

The Academy's bell started to ring and all the corridor's went silent. The familiar nostalgic ringing of the bell makes me remind hundreds of memories I've encountered inside this Academy.

"Start roaming now." I commanded the assassin and he quickly oblige.

I saw guards starting to roam and all the lights turned on in sync. Ever since I came here, I am still amazed by how beautiful this Academy is. Pagnagkakaroon ako ng free time ay dito ako laging nagtatambay sa taas ng tore. Mula dito ay tanaw ko ang kabuoan ng Akademya. Kahit na matagal na ako rito ay hindi ko parin maiwasan ang mapatulala sa paghanga sa kagandahan ng akademyang ito. Parang naglalaho bigla ang pagod na nararamdaman ko kapag natatanaw ko ang kabuoan nito.

I felt a vibration on my wrist kaya napatingin ako dito. I saw a red dot on my radar and it's only near to where I am standing.

Red dot means a student has turned on its emergency button. It only means they're in danger.

Mabilis akong gumalaw at bumaba sa tuktuk ng tore. Inayos ko din ang aking suot na maskara. Sa isang iglap lang ay nasa harap na ako ngayon ng estudyante na siyang nag pindot ng emergency button.

Natagpuan ko siya na nakatago sa nagtataasang mga grass malapit sa maze ng akademya. I put her into sleep before checking her then I saw her neck that is so red. She was strangled by someone.

I bring my face near her and smelled the fragrance on her neck. My face turned lifeless when I smell from her a familiar scent. It's the same student who I captured two times this year.

I snapped my finger and an aid appeared beside me. They quickly tended to the students as I turned my back at them following that familiar scent.

My hands are itching to annihilate this one, but since he's a noble. He will face the consequences by the means of law.

"Say," I started. "Would you like it fast or slow?" I asked while looking at the boy who's staring at me with his cold eyes.

"You decide." He answered with coldness visible on his tone. "It's her fault at first." He continues.

"Come with me." I said full of authority. I found him at the back of the soccer field near the walls of the Academy.

Good thing right now is, he didn't fight just like last time. But just like before, he's hardheaded.

"Make me." He smirked. I stared at him then seconds later he rolled off his eyes at me.

"Are you gay?" I asked seriously. Then he glared at me, his ears reddened.

"What I did was a self-defense." He defensed not minding what I asked.

I sighed then I touched him making him look at me deep into my eyes. I flinched and retreat my arm from his shoulder.

What did just happened?

He sighed in defeat. "Fine, I'll come with you only if you give me a chance to explain my side." He said with his eyes pleading cold. He's scared of the punishment.

I saw it, I saw what happened. I saw everything.

He stood up from the ground and was about to come near me when he acted like he got stunned on his place. His eyes are open wide looking at my back. Then just like winds, my body moved to what will it do.

I beheaded a monster who charged towards my back. Its head flew to where the boy was standing. Then I annihilated the body of the monster into pieces. There was no blood that was splattered, it was all a clean annihilation. The body of the monster become ash black and flew in disappearance.

I heard a thud coming from the boy. I saw him sitting on the ground staring at me with eyes full of fear, amazement, curiosity, and respect.

Gladly.

"You asked me last time what am I in this Academy." I said walking towards him in a slow pace.

I saw him gulped.

"Y-you're..." He whispered, loosing his voice in the air. He didn't move on his place, but the nervousness he's feeling is visible to me.

"You now know," I stopped in front of him. "What am I here." I continued, towering him to let him know his place and my place isn't equal.

"Annihilator." He managed not to stutter those words, then he put his hands up, giving me a sign of surrender.
