POV: Daniella
"Daniella."
A woman's voice so familiar to me called my attention after the slideshow. The light was still dim yet when I turned around to look at the woman, I could clearly distinguish Ms. Elaine's lovely face. She was bending low to look at me with a huge smile on her face.
I stood up immediately and rounded my seat taking note that I won't disturb Erik's sleep.
"Ms. Elaine, how are you?" I strained my voice to say. I gave her a big smile and after which we kissed cheek to cheek.
"I'm good. I'm good." She bobbed her head. "Wow. I can't believe you're here!"
I shyly looked down.
"Actually, I think of you as the type of person that is conservative and virtuous, yet you surprise me by coming here and more so with the President of the Fancy Pants Club!"
