Seeing her laugh along with everyone was such a nice sight. After dinner I showed Bea around. She walked around the library we have for a while. It’s usually where Meg spends most of her time, so I told Bea if she had any book recommendations she could just let Meg know and we’d get it for her. After a while I saw her yawn, and I knew it was time for bed.
I led her upstairs to my bedroom, and she looked around in awe. I know everything about my house really is a lot in comparison to where I grew up. I’m just glad Bea gets to see it too. Everytime I would think about her I used to believe she would never be here next to me again, but I was wrong.
