The sudden change of environment wasn't enough to develop anxiousness in his state at the moment. Nonetheless, Jay barely contained his shock at how fast his surroundings changed. When he looked around him, all he saw was total darkness except for some lights coming from the big house. Zinon had to urge him again to follow his lead in entering the house.
