Unwrapping The Throne

CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

'Amber come down here right now' her twin brother yelled from downstairs and with this, she jumped out of the hands of Javice who didn't for a second let her go.

'Amber, you haven't yet told me if you accepted my apology or not' Javice stated and with a simple yes from her and a tiny smile, Javice asked her 'so I know I have given you different reasons not to care for me but you still do and you've always given me the benefit of the doubt, I want to ask you something'

'Okay, go ahead' replied her.

'Amber, would you please be my girlfriend?' Surprised at him thinking her as one of the other ladies as mentioned by the sister, 'No Javice, just no' was her reply and this took him by surprise.

'What, why not, is this cause I haven't yet told you all there is about me or what?' he demanded, 'No, it’s because you think you can just turn me to one of your former lays and because of whatever just happened minutes ago you can just rope me into a relationship, so no.'

'That's not why I'm asking you out baby, I want to be with you for real not just for your body, so is it a yes?'

'No, we've been seeing each other for over six months now and not once did you hint at wanting to date me and also, I'm not willing to be a f**k buddy of yours, so no.'

'Okay, if it's because of what my sister might have mentioned to you yesterday, I won't lie she was right but that was the me before you. I really care about you and want to be with you Amber.'

'I don't think so Javice, I didn't even know you were a twin till last night or that you box either, so no, you know all there is about me but all I know is all your course representative knows so no.'

Frustrated at this back and forth, Javice said 'you did promise to give me time to willingly tell me about myself though' to which she replied him 'I know I did but the moment you're willing to come clean to me, that same moment will I agree to be your girlfriend if you still want me too' and with that, she left her room with him in it secretly hoping he'd call her back to tell her at least something about the mystery surrounding him. With this wish not coming through, she went downstairs to answer her twin but the surprise she got was the best she had got in a while.

'Williams!' she exclaimed on seeing her childhood best friend who swept her off her feet into his arms and it was in this position Javice met them on getting downstairs.

Realizing how intimate the position looked, she introduced them to each other and with that; Javice said his goodbyes, unwilling to let him leave looking jealous and angry, she saw him off to his bike.

'Is he the reason why you won't say yes?' he asked her and laughing her head off, she said 'What, no, he's engaged to his own girlfriend and I don't even like him like that plus I already told you the reason' concluding she was being honest, he gave a forehead kiss and revved his bike into the streets.

'Oh darling what a hunk that man is, y'all f*****g yet?' asked Williams, 'Dude, don't be saying s**t like that to my sister she's a virgin bro' said Dylan at the same time Amber said 'no, not yet' and the look on Dylan's face made her choke in laughter.

'You should have seen your face bro, you looked so bitter and shocked' she commented, 'I don't care what you say, I'm telling mum and dad you're thinking of s*x mehn' he said to her, 'boy, shut up, they'd be very happy for me and the day you tell them this is the day I'll poke holes in your condoms and tell dad you had office s*x in his office last summer with the school b***h' she said and flipped her hair at him. 'I could watch you guys banter all day commented' Williams who was lounging on the couch watching them like a movie.

'Girl, I know you didn't really say no to that hunk' demanded Williams for the nth time the next day. 'Bro, if she says no, it's for a reason right sis?' asked her twin and dad and when she nodded yes with Williams about to ask another question, Dylan shoved some bread in his mouth to keep him busy.

'Damn she looks so gentle and calm but she handed you your ass after making you feel good?' laughed Marcus, 'if you don't hold her tight, I just might steal her' with a punch right in his belly, he shut his mouth.

'So, her birthday is in less than a week, and I've sent her gifts and sweet words all week do you think she might say yes if I ask her again on her birthday?' he asked Marcus who just laughed at his dismay. 'Bro, I have no idea how women think, alright and that's why I'm still single but you can try again' said Marcus.

'I'm sorry if I had a thing or some to do with the rejection bro' commented Bliss from the car already set up to return to New Jersey, 'It's cool and I'll come home soon, okay, don't forget to always leave the recorder on and charged, its going to help me if I'm going to win custody of you guys in court, you heard what the lawyer said right?' he asked his siblings who responded positively to that. Pulling him into a bro hug, Marcus whispered, 'I'll take care of them and let me know how it goes with your lady bro' and with their final goodbyes and a sloppy kiss which totally disgusted Louis on his face, Marcus pulled the car out of the driveway.

One week of incessant calls and gifts and making her feel like the queen of his throne passed and with her birthday two days away, Amber was hyped already much deeper in love with him now to finally say yes and maybe even jump to third base.

'You look stupid with that look on your face' teased Dylan, 'don't call my daughter stupid you loveless boy' taunted their mother and with a gasp and fake pout, Dylan carried their mother and ran her round the living room which earned a laugh from the family. 'So, this Javice, you love him now?' asked her father 'you know what don't answer that question, the blush doesn't lie' further teased Francis.

'Daddddd!' shouted Amber whose face was already crimson red. 'I hate you guys' and this earned her laugher from the family.
