“We need to move faster,” Draven urged, his voice sharp with urgency. His eyes scanned the shadow-laden path leading back to the Bloodmoon fortress. "The witches won't give us much time." My breath was ragged, but I nodded, clutching the artifact that pulsed like a living heart in my hands. The raw energy coursing through it was both exhilarating and terrifying.
