the midnight killer

chapter 2

as lunar walked to school all everyone was talking about is is the murder that happened last night. for the last few months there have been a series of serial killings happening around midnight, the victims are all criminals with links to different gangs. lunar smirked, she knew who was doing all the killings because it was her, the newspapers have dubbed her 'the midnight killer' which she thinks suits her well. lunar is skilled in a number of things, such as sniper riffling, kunfu, and everything else.

lunar didn't realize how much she was smirking until a familiar voice broke her out of her trance "your smiling like a Cheshire cat  whats got your spirits up?" it was scarlet. scarlet and lunar have been best friends since they were born, scarlet is the daughter of lunars dads beta. "its nothing, it looks like we're finally going to the same school" lunar said with a smile shes more relived than anything, girls don't tend to like lunar because all the boys would be staring at her instead of them. "yep and let me be the first one to welcome you to the hellhole" both girls laughed as they walked towards the school laughing and joking along the way.

when they got to the school scarlet showed lunar the way to the principles office before she went on her way to class. once in the principles office lunar had to go through the lecture about the rules and regulations before she was told where her class was. on the way to her class she heard a blood curdling scream coming from down the hall, most people would run away after hearing that but lunar ran towards the scream.

as lunar got closer she realised that  it was coming from the classroom she was assigned, lunar burst in to find her best friend on the floor covered in blood and a girl standing over her. lunar went into full alpha mode "WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?" lunar screamed, everyone froze in there tracks they looked terrified as they realised the daughter of the biggest pack just walked in and she was angry. the girl who was standing above scarlet didn't realise that she was in danger "whats it to you? this has nothing to do with you" lunar lunged and grabbed the girl by the throat and lifted her up. "IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH ME you just insulted the daughter of the alpha of twilight pack you also hurt my best friend what makes you think im not going to rip your throat out" lunar was seeing red, "lunar, its okay can you help me to the nurses office" scarlet whispers "count your self lucky" and with that lunar escorted scarlet to the nurses office.
