She’s A Good F*ck

NYX'S POV I stormed back to Shadow Claw, half expecting my father's praise for my bold move, but the opposite happened. "Nyx," he bit out. "What in hell were you thinking, entering Apollo's territory without much of a word to me?" I stiffened, the old rebellious part of me flaring at his accusation. "You never told me anything about the Thunder Howl Pack. I didn't know they were so important or so protected. If Reika is there, we need her now." My father's expression darkened. "There's a reason I haven't mentioned Thunder Howl. That pack was once formidable—powerful enough that even alliances were wary. But they've gone silent in recent years, and I had every reason to believe they'd remain that way. So yes, you crossed into dangerous territory without knowing what you were facing." "Apollo isn't a threat," I shot back, unwilling to let him downplay my decision. "He's an obstacle, yes. Stronger than I anticipated, maybe. But he doesn't understand who Reika is or what her lineage means. That makes him a liability, Father, not a threat." "What you don't understand, Nyx, is that Alpha Apollo's pack doesn't act like other packs. I've heard rumors—whispers that he's grown distant from other Alphas on purpose. His motives remain unclear, and he won't tolerate interference from anyone." "So we just leave Reika there? I thought you'd want this as much as I do. Reika… she's the missing piece, isn't she? We need her to get to the Alpha King. To reclaim what's ours. Why didn't you make that clear to me?" Alpha Martin's silence lingered longer than I expected. His eyes searched mine as if gauging how much to reveal. Then he sighed, running a hand over his face, the weariness evident in the lines on his brow. "You were meant to follow orders, Nyx. I don't need you going rogue and stirring up ancient feuds with Thunder Howl before we're ready. Do you understand that?" I felt the bite of resentment in my chest, an old frustration resurfacing. "And what exactly were your orders, Father? Should we sit back and wait for Apollo to deliver Reika to us on a silver platter? Because it seems you're avoiding a fight rather than claiming what's ours." Alpha Martin's face twisted with anger, and he slammed a hand down on the desk, making me flinch. "Don't mistake caution for weakness, Nyx. Reika's connection to the Alpha King is our ticket to something far bigger than Thunder Howl. But it's not only her lineage we need—it's her compliance. Barging into another Alpha's territory has jeopardized that. If Apollo catches wind of who she really is, he'll use her against us or, worse, keep her to himself." I clenched my fists, my frustration growing. It wasn't like me to be so reckless, but this felt different, vital. "I'll make Reika compliant, one way or another. She owes me nothing, but her loyalty can be bought if we're smart. Apollo may be strong, but he's just one Alpha. We have resources, alliances, a witch willing to work with us—" "A witch?" My father's eyebrows lifted, his interest piqued. "Explain." I leaned forward, feeling a spark of satisfaction. "Yes. She came to me after I returned, claiming she knew about Reika's whereabouts and Apollo's weaknesses. She wouldn't say much, but she hinted that Thunder Howl has isolated themselves for a reason. She wouldn't say why and refused any further information unless we promised her something in return." Alpha Martin's gaze sharpened, the spark of ambition flickering in his eyes. "And what does she want?" "She was vague, but it seemed like she wanted power—an alliance, possibly. We could use her to get through Apollo's defenses if we play our cards right. There's something they're hiding, something worth protecting. Reika becomes far more vulnerable if the witch can expose it, and Apollo becomes more… distracted." Alpha Martin paused, absorbing my words, his expression unreadable. "I don't like relying on witches, Nyx. They're fickle, easily swayed by self-interest. But… if this one has something valuable, I might reconsider." He folded his hands, leaning back, and for the first time in a long while, I saw the shadow of a smile on his face. "You may have been reckless, but if this witch proves useful, you might have stumbled upon a way forward. And if we time this right, Thunder Howl won't see us coming." I smirked, feeling a rush of vindication. "Then let me handle this. I know what I'm doing." "Do you?" he challenged, voice cutting. "Because if you make another mistake, Nyx, you won't just pay for it. Our entire pack is riding on this. Get Reika. Use whatever means necessary. But do not—do not—go beyond the lines I've set. Clear?" "Clear," I replied, meeting his gaze. "You need to rest and plan precisely what the next move should be." I nodded to agree. This was it. If I could secure Reika, I'd have the leverage to seize the title and take the throne that should've been ours from the beginning. That afternoon, as I sipped on the steaming cup of tea with my childhood friend, Luka glanced in my direction sideways. "Nyx, I've always wondered... why Anya?" he asked. "Reika's beautiful and sexy even though she wears servant's clothes every day. She is our childhood friend, too." I couldn't help but smirk into my drink. "Beauty isn't everything, my friend. Reika may be comely to look at, but she's all fur and no bite." "Anya, on the other hand... she's cunning, ruthless, and strong. She doesn't mind getting her claws dirty to get what she wants, just like me. Besides," I added with a smirk, "she's a good fuck." Later, in the privacy of my office, I mind-linked Becky, a doe-eyed Omega with a not-so-secret infatuation with me. I'd seen how she stared at me during pack gatherings, and tonight, I decided to exploit it. Power, after all, is about knowing when to strike. A minute later, the door creaked open, and Becky slipped inside. She knew why she was here. I gestured towards the space in front of my mahogany desk, and she knelt without a word. Her eyes met mine, pleading and desperate, as I unzipped my pants. "Eager, I see," I purred, tracing a finger along her plump lower lip. "Well, don't disappoint me, Becky." Head bowed, she dove in, taking my long shaft into her mouth with desperation. Her tongue swirled around my length, flicking and teasing my sensitive areas with practiced skill. The softness of her lips and the hot wetness of her mouth sent shivers down my spine. "Mmm, just like that," I growled, tangling my fingers in her mousy brown hair. "You like pleasing your Alpha, don't you, little Omega?" Becky moaned her affirmation, her eyes closed in pleasure as she reveled in my dominance. The lustful smell of her arousal filled the room, and I knew she was enjoying this just as much as I was. I gripped her hair tighter, holding her in place as I thrust my hips forward, reveling in her muffled moans. "That's it, Becky; show your Alpha how much you appreciate him." Her nails dug into my thighs, leaving half-moons in my fair skin. I could feel the tension coiling in my loins, nearing my release. "That's it, Becky," I growled, my voice rough with desire. "Take it, Omega. Take your Alpha's long shaft." With a final, deep thrust, I growled out my release, pouring myself into her waiting mouth. Becky moaned around me; she almost gagged. As my grip on her hair loosened, Becky looked up at me through hooded eyes, her lips swollen and glistening with her saliva and my seeds. "Thank you, Alpha," she breathed, her voice hoarse from her exertions. I smirked down at her, my wolf pleased with her submission. "You're welcome, my insatiable Omega. But don't get used to this," I cautioned, straightening my clothes. "I'm still your Alpha, and you will always be mine to command."
