Chapter Three

[CHAPTER THREE Infamous Overnight] I opened my eyes when the footsteps outside the door faded into silence. "That petty teacher..." I mumbled. A few pranks and another prank this time and he is really mad? To think he took me seriously and planned to bring me in the face of the disciplinarian. Psh. Waste of time. I bet he's pulling out his hair in frustration trying to find me. I was present in the morning but when it was already his subject, I absconded quickly. He needs a laugh, seriously. I only stole his wig which made him chase me with head bare for everyone to see. My hideout is currently inside the clinic, last bed from the door. I managed to get the consent of the assistant male nurse to stay here through the form of playful banter, very obscure flirting and a bit of humor. I heavily sighed. It felt like I used my brain beyond its capacity earlier. I'm proud of myself for managing to sway the nurse. Good job, myself. I do have my limits, he is a fresh graduate. Forgetting about those trivial things, I wondered if my sudden disappearance caused quite a stir. -Meanwhile, in Sienna's classroom building, second hallway, was the said teacher. He was huffing in annoyance and frustrated that Sienna Miracle was missing. His face red from his anger as he shouted the culprit's full name.- Sienna was startled awake by someone screaming. She sneezed as she thought, Who is so bad mannered to actually scream within this prestigious school? She didn't bother any longer and continued to doze off. -NARRATOR'S POINT OF VIEW- Sienna was gently awakened by the assistant male nurse. She woke up to see his black hair with white streaks, tanned skin and a charming, dimpled smile. "Wake up, girl." His blue eyes twinkled with amusement as he shook her into full consciousness. He stood back up, grabbed her bag and laid it beside her. "It's already lunch." He arranged some things on the table and looked back when he heard shuffling. "Mmm. Thanks." Sienna mumbled with clear drowsiness still left in her. "Come back again if you have another show." He said with a wave of his hand. "Oh? I will." Sienna answered as she got out. "Don't enjoy it too much though; I might just add you to the show." Sienna said before she closed the door behind her. "No worries, I'm already a part of it." He answered with a low voice. All of this was heard by no one or even by the supposed receiver, as she was already busy hurrying to the headmaster's office. [SIENNA'S POINT OF VIEW] I arranged my uniform which was useless since I was wearing a hoodie but never hurts to try. I combed through my hair repeatedly, hoping my bed hair will obediently lie down. When I deemed myself presentable enough, I knocked twice. "Come in." The gruff voice of the headmaster answered. I opened the door and silently shut it behind me. I turned around and decided to leave but I knew I can't. Ugh. The headmaster was seated on his high class wood chair which was behind his marbled table and in front of him was yes, Mr. Narcissist. "Do you need anything, Sienna dear?" the headmaster beamed at me. I hadn't really explained it in detail but the headmaster seems to have been really close with my mother because he wants me to call him uncle. Of course, I refused. I could've answered smoothly, undaunted by all the furniture and towering bookshelves surrounding his office but I choked on my words when my eyes met his. I preferred to fight people with words but why is that whenever I see him; I have the urge for violence? I can't believe I'd actually be mistaken as a stalker. I was still deep in remembering my grievances when I heard that teacher's bossy voice, Mr. Swift, roaring outside the headmaster's door about that he's had enough and along those lines. Oh no, you don't get to counterattack. "Yes, Uncle. Yesterday, I've asked the teacher about changing my chair but it seems like he doesn't care about it." I summarized the events by inverting black to white and white to black without blinking or stuttering. "Why if you want to change chairs, that's fine. Why the fuss?" The headmaster, Mr. Ash asked. Let's just summarize and say that this tongue of mine can indeed save one's life or do the opposite. I'd think I'm not that far off in persuading people that a rock I picked up on the road might as well be gold. Mr. Swift barged in and quickly arranged his suit. His eyes enlarged twice its normal size when he saw me. He looked like he was stuck between rage and formality. He calmed down with few intakes of breathe and addressed the headmaster. "Good day, sir." Behind Mr. Swift was a duo of his loyal nerds, probably the reason why he couldn't enter sooner. They might've tried to stop his childish tantrum. "What could've been so urgent for you to barge in just like that?" The headmaster asked. Mr. Swift visibly flinched under my vision and as much as I wanted to enjoy the show more, I'd be late for my lunch. "I'll be going ahead, headmaster." I politely informed him and left in hurried steps. -Mr. Narcissist or the student council officer, who accompanied Sienna to where her room was on her first day, twitched his eyes. He couldn't believe how shameless this girl was! Only referring to the headmaster as uncle when needing a favor and when nothing could be any more beneficial, quickly leave. What's more, he almost wanted to give her an Oscar award for her acting when she inverted black to white earlier. When he remembered how innocent and pitiful she narrated the events earlier, he just had the urge to give a standing ovation. Sienna was of course, unaware of what people said or thought when she left and thus, she hurried towards the cafeteria. She quickly scanned the choices of food, grabbed the ones she felt like eating and spotted Iris when she was looking for a table.- I planned to sit somewhere else even when Iris repeatedly waved her hand widely with great strength and endurance. I sat down on an empty table, three tables away from her but she still hadn't stop waving with so much determination. People were beginning to eye her odd behavior. As I enjoyed my food, she actually sat in front of me. I glared at her, she paused but continued to join me. She was friendly enough but her eyes looks like glass and it unnerves me. I couldn't read her thoughts and that threatened me. -That night when Sienna went home, she flopped her body on her bed. She thought about opening to Iris and accept people in her life and she instantly fell asleep. She was completely unaware of the stir she caused. She was quite infamous for rebelling against the famous strict teacher but the prank this time and she actually got away unscathed made her the talk of the students. Some said she used her supernatural powers since she could see ghosts or scared Mr. Swift by attempting to roundhouse kick him or that she had big shots backing her up. All of these rumors spread throughout the whole academy in one night through the school's private social media group, page, and chat.-
