“Serena, I love you.” Sarah hugged me as soon as I told her the purpose of the team outing during the weekly meeting.
“It's a sign that your city girl's soul isn't rebellious.” Harry teased Sarah by sticking out his tongue, irritating her. I laughed at Harry and Sarah's childish antics of arguing with each other.
“Imagine, Harry. Who could resist a Maldives?” Sarah turned to look at me while clasping her hands over her chest. Her bright, round eyes sparkled with hope. “Please, Serena. Are we going to stay in the most beautiful villa in the Maldives?”
I didn't need to answer because it was a company secret. But my big smile was enough for an answer.
