Serena POV “Oh, my God. Can't we just stay here? I'm too lazy to go back to California.” Sarah moaned next to me. I sat on the beach, looking at the setting sun with Sarah. The view in front of me was wonderful. This is the first time I've seen a sunset this beautiful. “I'm going to cry,” I blurted. My chest tightens as my brain thinks of the various life problems that overlap and have yet to find a solution. “The same. It feels so melancholy.” Sarah exhaled. From the look on her face, she looked like she had some heavy personal issues. This beautiful scene really touched me. I don't know what made me so sensitive that I wanted to cry. Sarah left me to join Mr. Raymond, who was waiting for her. I stayed where I was, unwilling to lose this beautiful sight. “Why are you crying?”
