I don't know who started it, but as soon as it was just me and Leopold in the closed hotel elevator, his lips immediately kissed mine. Maybe I was the one who wanted this kiss. Or possibly, it was Leopold. I don't know, because as soon as his lips kissed mine, all the things that were weighing on my head suddenly fell away.
It was as if someone pressed the shutdown button in my mind, and everything disappeared.
