‘You're not pathetic, Diane,’ Raven said in a soothing voice. I almost leapt for joy when I heard her voice. I thought maybe something was wrong with her, or that she was dead when I tried to reach out to her and didn't get a response.
‘Is that really you, Raven?’ I asked, wanting to be sure my mind wasn't playing tricks on me.
‘Yes, Diane.’
‘Oh, Raven. I missed you so, so much. I was so worried about you and thought the Moon Goddess had taken you away because I wasn't deserving of you,’ I said to her.
