Diane's POV I didn't realize when I slept off again, but slowly I woke up, feeling something cool and damp on my forehead, pulling me out of sleep. A familiar scent surrounded me—one I recognized immediately. George. I didn’t need to open my eyes to know he was there. I always knew. “You’re awake,” his voice murmured, filled with relief.
