I didn’t know how I made it to my feet that fast, but the moment I saw Knight grab that waiter by the collar, I was already moving to stop him. I had noticed the looks the waiter was giving me, but I ignored them all because we would only be here for a few hours anyway. I never imagined he would openly touch me like that—twice.
