The door to Excelle’s room was slightly open when I finally made it upstairs, and I stepped in without bothering to knock. I was still taken aback by the oddness of this situation, but I wasn’t going to question it. They were adults, and I knew they sure as hell didn’t need to hear me nagging about them having s*x.
