On a Wednesday afternoon, Juliette was about to leave work, when Kallum came into the office. In his hand, he had a bent manila folder. Frustrated, he raked a hand through his hair, pulling at the roots. Whereas it was already disheveled.
Kallum exhaled slowly, but it did little to relax his frazzled nerves. Or the fact that he was having a bad day.
Noticing his displeasing aura, Juliette considered inquiring what went wrong, but she opted against it. So, instead, she gathered her belongings and walked out of the office.
