Nine years, three months earlier…. Rebecca rushed into the house after opening the mailbox outside their house and collecting the mail. Her college application results are being awaited with eager anticipation. She took a deep breath and silently prayed to her mother, hoping she was watching over her. “I'm missing you, Momma!” Rebecca smiled as she spoke.
