Kiting = Attacking a mob and then either constantly stepping back and getting out of range of their attacks so that you can kill them without getting too much damage yourself, or, generally in the case of tanks, pulling a whole group of mobs and making them walk across the field while the DPS try to kill them off. Sometimes I feel like I’m always the one kiting people in real life, I say something, they disagree and then I have to keep sidestepping their (verbal) attacks while trying to get my own words across. It can be really exhausting, but I’m not one to give up fighting easily.
