Aurora's POV Just then, Kevin grabbed me. His grip on my arm was like a vice as he dragged me through the dim hallway. My heels scraped against the floor as I stumbled to keep up, my heart pounding so loud it drowned out everything else. I barely even had time to process what was happening before I was pushed into a room. I landed on the bed hard, bouncing slightly before freezing in place. Kevin loomed over me, his face dark with anger. He pulled a knife from his jacket, the sharp blade catching the dim light. "Now," he growled, placing the cold edge of the knife against my throat.
