Greg's POV Dr. Thomas’s return to the room cut off the conversation I was having with Katrina. She quickly changed her expression, switching to a sly smile as she turned to face him. Watching them together, I could see the subtle touches and the quiet laughter. She was playing the part of someone close to him, someone he trusted.
