Chapter Twenty – KateMonday 28 December 2015
The past few days have been the happiest moments that Taylor and I have shared in the past year.
Not only did we enjoy time with my family, we also celebrated Christmas with a party. Everyone came; Ryan and Sara, Todd, Helen and Pete, even Dawn and James, who brought the twins over.
They say time is a great healer and it's true when it comes to us. We both took a virtual holiday, escaped from life to deal with our grief. Whilst neither of us will ever forget Paul, and I'll never erase our baby's death from my memory, we can, it seems, finally move on. Christmas has brought us closer and reunited our hearts as one.
It's sad that we both let things get this far. We were beyond happy once, mapping out our future together after getting engaged.
