Cassian POV The court was empty, just the way I wanted it, just the way I needed it. I’d been playing for what felt like hours, or maybe just minutes….I couldn’t tell anymore. My shirt was soaked through with sweat, my arms sore, legs burning, and yet none of it helped, nothing helped take my mind off from the constant thought that Drasa hates me now. The ball kept bouncing wrong. Every shot either clanked off the rim or didn’t reach it at all, everything about my game tonight was trash. It wasn’t about the game, It never was.
