Getting to Know a little More

It has been a long week down here in the basement. No one has come to see me but the beta, and a few guards that just wanted fun. I am brought out of my thoughts when the door swings open. And Alpha Greg walks in.
"Did you learn anything you ugly wolf?" He said walking up to me.
"Y-yes A-alpha."I say bowing my head.
"Very good." He says as he grabs my chin, but I keep my eyes down.
"I see that you remember your lessons." He said letting my chin go.
"Okay, get to work. They'll be here is 2 hours." He said as he step aside. I walk by him with my head still bowed. Once I'm in the kitchen, I start cooking. I make mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, steak, and a 4 layer chocolate cake. By the time I get it all done, the Royals are just getting here.
Alpha Greg leads them to the dining room.
"You can start serving little wolf." Alpha Greg mind links me.
"Y-yes Alpha." I mind link back. I start carrying the plates out. I start with the Royals but I keep my head down the whole time, then I serve Alpha Greg, and finally everyone else. After I serve the mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, and steak, I go back into the kitchen.
I start working on the dishes when Sam rushes in.
"I'm late." she says as she comes in and I look over to her.
"Do you think Alpha would be mad?" She asked me.
"There's a good chance." I said to her. Me and Sam are friends, she doesn't pick on me and thinks what the others are doing to me is wrong.
"Oh, no. What am I going to do?" She says as she walks closer to me.
"Cake is about to be served, so just follow me." I say as I get the cake ready.
"How is that going to help?" She says looking upset.
"Just trust me." I say handing her a cake.
"Come." I say as I start walking into the dining room.
I give some cake to the Royals and the I take some cake from Sam and give it to Alpha Greg.
"Alpha I am sorry that Sam is late, she was helping me in the kitchen." I whisper to him, keeping my head bowed the whole time that I have been serving.
"It's fine, go finish serving." He said. I go and get the rest of the cake and serve it.
After they get done eating, I get the dishes and start washing them.
I stop when Alpha Greg comes in.
"The Royals are staying a week, tomorrow the leader gets here. He couldn't make it today. So be on your best behavior little wolf." He says nicely because the Royals are here.
"Yes Alpha." I say bowing my head.
"Good, now get back to work," He says as he leaves.
As I clean up the kitchen, Sam walks in.
"Thank you." Sam says.
"What do you mean?" I asked wondering as to why she would say thank you.
"For not letting me get in trouble." Sam says with a small smile.
"You know that your my friend here, right?" I say as I hug her.
"Your gonna make me cry." She said wiping a tear from her eye.
"Okay, okay, enough. Lets get this kitchen cleaned." She said as she turned to put leftovers away.
"Are you excited about meeting the king tomorrow?" Sam asked all excitedly.
"You know that I won't get to meet him, the Alpha would never let me look at people. So why would he let me look up at the king?" I asked looking at her.
"It's not fair that he treats you this way." she said, bringing me into a hug.
Alec's POV
I have been working non-stop. I have to keep the vampires and werewolves from killing each other.
"Are you sure that your not coming today? What should I do? They're going to be mad if you don't come here soon." My Beta Jacob said, bringing me out of my thoughts.
"I will be there tomorrow, I still have some problems to take care of." I said looking at all of the files on my desk.
"Fine, I'll tell them that you'll be here tomorrow." He said with an annoyed tone.
"Thank you, bye." I say as I hang up the phone. After I hang up, I sit at my desk and start to read the flies.
'knock knock'
"Come in." I said as I was looking at the reports of vampire and werewolves working together.
"Jacob called me." said my little sister Rosie.
"Okay." I said not paying much attention.
"Your supposed to listen to mee" She said as she pushed me.
"You know, I can get you." I said smiling and getting up from my chair. As I get up, Rosie takes off running. I run after her, I finally have her cornered.
"No!! Please don't!" Rosie screamed as I picked her up while tickling her. "Got you now." I say as I keep tickling her.
"Please stop" Rosie begged me.
"Fine, I'll stop" I said as I put her down.
"Alec, Jacob said to tell you to get rest. That tomorrow is going to be a long day at the Blood Pack." Rosie said looking at me like there's something else.
"What else are you not telling me?" I ask her.
"It's just that I have a odd feeling that something big is going to happen tomorrow" She said sounding kinda worked up about it.
"It will be fine, don't worry about it" I said as I bring her in to a hug.
Morning of the meeting day
I better look over a few flies on the Blood Pack, from what I see.
They are a smaller pack that is old fashioned.
Looks like they are close together and care about each other.
But something doesn't feel right about them. I guess we'll find out when we get there.
