We watched as everything was happening. I can tell that my wolf and that of Josh was waiting. Like when you want to hunt your prey, we were waiting for the right time to strike. I am very sure the whole pack is. When we heard him give orders for Trixie to be locked up and Molly beheaded. Josh was the first person to attack before the remaining pack joined him.

I went for my mate but I wasn't alone. Eric came from behind and pulled me hard to the wall. No one touches her, he said. Who the f*** was this guy. I stood up all I could see was red. My wolf was pleading with me to get out and I let him have his way. I'm here to take my mate home, Alex said. I'd love to see you try, Eric replied. The whole place was in chaos. Josh was fighting side by side with Molly. Isaac went for the guards that took Trixie, while my father was fighting his way through to Elizabeth.

I must say, he's really good with combats. Are you sure you don't want to give up, Eric asked. Not until my mate is safe. I looked up ahead and saw my dad walking towards where Elizabeth was. Suddenly the woman who seem calm and didn't move from her position, stood up and came in contact with my father.

She was stabbing my father while she was doing so, she was still chanting those words. FATHER!!??, I screamed. Now I was beyond angry, first they took my mate away from me and now.....my father. I charged towards Eric without stopping. The next sound we heard made everybody hold their ears, I don't remember what happened next because I passed out from the scream.

I woke up catching my breathe, I was at the hospital, the pack hospital at that. Elizabeth, I said while rushing out of the bed. Chris you need to calm down, one of the nurse said. No, I want to see Elizabeth, I said. She's fine, she's safe, she replied. But...... But what, I asked. Then it hit me...... Father, I said. I rushed out of the ward to my father's. Please moon goddess don't make me lose him. I prayed silently as I ran.

I got to his ward and found mum beside his bed. She was hold his hand to hers. He was connected to life support. Mum, I called. Is dad going to be okay, I asked. She turned around, that was when I saw her red eyes. She has been crying. Is dad going to be okay, I asked again. Yes, she said sniffing. Yes, but they don't know when he's going to wake up, she said crying the more.

Have you checked up on Molly, mum asked sniffing. I heard her wailing helped you guys but she passed out, mum said. I remember hearing someone scream, so it was all Molly. Go check up on her, The doctor said she might wake up tonight or tomorrow, mum said. Are sure you're cool with that, I asked. Yeah, you can go, I'll be fine, she said. I left the room but stood at the door and looked at my dad one last time before I left to Molly's ward.

I watched Molly from the door, Josh was with her. You okay, I mind linked Josh. Yeah, he replied. How's she, I asked. Doctor said she might wake up tonight or tomorrow, so am staying with her till she wakes, he replied. Okay, if you need me, am right here, I said. Thanks, he replied. When we were done, I left.

I was walking down the hall in the hospital, when I stopped a nurse to ask what ward Elizabeth was in. She checked the records and said there was no Elizabeth administered to any ward in the hospital. At first I was surprised and asked to see the record and she gave it to me. She wasn't lying, Elizabeth's name was not written on the record. Did that nurse lie to me when she said Elizabeth was fine, I asked myself.

Different types of thoughts came to my head. Did she die when Molly screamed? Did Eric have her like he said? Was I late? All these questions ran through my head. I don't think our mate is dead, Alex said. Then if she's not, where would she have gone to. Her name is not in the hospital record, I said. Why don't you ask the head nurse she might be able to know where our mate is, Alex suggested. Okay, I replied. But there's one thing I don't understand, I said. What is that, Alex asked. Why are you so calm about this, we can't find our mate and it's seems like am the only one who's missing here, I said. Remember our mate is the complete half of us, so if she was to be dead you would have felt it when you woke up, he said. So our mate is still alive somewhere, he added. I'll just ask the head nurse I said.
