Chapter 12

We are all gathered around the table wondering where they might have taken Elizabeth to. It's been a week now and still no sign of her. We've sent out our best tracker but still no avail, he scent only stopped at the Motel but Amanda's lead to the camping ground. The other who screamed according to my parents and the pack doctor which is the banshee had no scent on her at all.

Mum called the principal and explained to her the reason why I won't be present in school including Molly and Elizabeth's parent. Molly's parents were not cool with it at first but they later agreed. Elizabeth's parents on the other hand was the tough a nut to c***k. Mum had to lie to the whole three that we went on a family and friends vacation because I'll be traveling soon. I know it wasn't good to lie but we had to. There was no choice until Elizabeth was found.

Josh on the other hand has been going to the pack hospital lately to see his mate. The doctor said her condition is improving which means very soon she'll be discharged. You know that feeling of when your mate is not with you and you get sad because yours was taken away. He's lucky he can see, hold and feel his mate. I can't see mine neither can I hold and feel her.

I am here sleeping on the bed in what I assume to be my room till Elizabeth was found. I was told that I was lucky to be alive and I could hear again. I was also called a banshee that was how I was able to dodge the wails but I couldn't save my friend, which hurt my heart really bad. Today felt strange I couldn't concentrate on what I was doing, i thought I needed some sleep so i excused myself to my room to rest.

I was walking around the mansion I never got to see how big the house was until today. It has four extra building behind it but not as big as the main house. 'HELP ME' Elizabeth, I called. 'SOMEBODY' 'ANYBODY' Elizabeth where are you, I called again. 'HELP' I followed the voice, I was in the woods again. I stopped hearing the voice, when I looked around I was deep in the woods. I had no clue on how to return or the way I followed in. I want to return but my legs just kept walking on their own. I stopped at a particular spot when I heard people or someone saying something like the person was chanting.

I followed the voice on getting there I could see a woman kneeling outside the fire and a girl was tied to the tree. I walked further to the woman when she stood up to stab me. I screamed making me jump out of my bed. It was all a dream but it felt real. Everything in it felt real.

In a twinkle of an eye Chris, Josh and Susan ran into my room. They must have heard me scream. I couldn't move I just coiled up at the edge of the room shaking. What happened Molly, Josh asked kneeling in front of me. I don't what happened but I hugged him, I hugged him tight as I burst into tears. Hey it's okay, we are here now, Josh said. Right now all I need is someone to lean on after that terrible dream I just had.

I saw her, I finally said sniffing my nose. Josh pulled away. Saw who, he asked. Elizabeth, I replied. This made Josh turn to Chris and his mother. Where, he asked. I bursted into an another cry. I could not save her, she begged for help to be freed but I couldn't save her, I said crying. Hey it's not your fault okay, Josh said. What you're going to do now is for you to stop crying and tell us what happened, he said. I sniffed my nose once more before I started explaining my dream to them.

I was walking around the mansion when I heard Elizabeth's voice calling for help. I followed the voice into the woods, I never realized how deep I was into the woods until I stopped hearing her voice. Soon after I started hearing someone chant, I followed the voice deeper into the woods again. Finally I came to where the voice came from. I saw a woman and a girl tied to a tree. It was Elizabeth she was tied to the tree. I went in to save her but I was caught and grabbed to a tree close by.

The woman said I had interrupted a ritual. I watched Elizabeth as she was in pain. After the ritual she didn't recognize me. I was nobody to her, that was when the woman stabbed me, I said.

It's been a week now, I am still here locked up in this dark room. Nobody to talk to, whenever I tried talking to the lady assigned to me by his Majesty or whatever he was called a lady get to interrupts me.

She's not allowed out of her room , the poor girl need sunlight. She's not some criminal who's locked up in the dungeon, I said. As long as she's still alive and well taken care of, there's no problem with seeing the light, he replied. Eric this is wrong, I said. What do you know about wrong Trixie, he asked. I was never against you k********g her, I said.

I never kidn*pped her, I only took he away. Imagine how much power I would have because of her, he said. She still need to see sun light. It's not fair been locked up in a dark room like that, I said. Fine let her out only for five minutes. And we'll not have this conversation again, he said.

Argh!!. I'm so f**ing pissed right now. She promised I'll have Chris to myself but I can't find him anywhere in school. Did she lie to me, I asked myself. Amanda are you okay, Rose asked. Yes I am fine, Amanda replied. Are you sure, we heard you scream and decided to come know what the problem is, Rose said. I said am fine, I yelled. Excuse me, I said.

Lily are you sure she's fine, Rose asked. I don't know but she said so we can't ask her again, Lily replied. Who was she talking about anyway, Rose asked. Rose how am I supposed to know that, Lily asked. If you don't want her to get mad at you again don't ask questions, Lily said before leaving and Rose followed her.

Amanda's POV

She better not play with me. It's been a week since I help that lady and since then Chris has not been coming to school. Wait did she kidnap Chris too. Oh my God, no I need to fine her. I didn't even collect her number I just helped a total stranger. Fine then, I'll just have to look for someone else
