Chapter 14

It might look like I just betrayed Eric but ever since I started hanging out with Elizabeth, I felt this tiny connection with her. She was like the teen version of me, that I never had. She was full of laughter and energy even though she was in this creepy place. I summoned up courage and told Eric that the ritual would hurt Elizabeth, thinking he cared about her but he didn't.

Eric was power hungry and he doesn't care about what happens to Elizabeth. I walked into his office and saw him going through some files. I thought you called her family, I asked. Trixie, he called looking up to my face. Don't push it, he said then went back to what he was doing.

I stormed out of his office since he didn't care about her, he only wants power. I wish I could stand up to him but I can't. I was extra careful not to be noticed so the suspicion won't rise. I've been filling Molly in on how the ritual will go and how many guards should be expected. I've also been preparing her and the others. Where we stay is hidden, it will only take a witch to locate us, since April was the one who cast the spell.

Not to make it obvious that help came from inside I told them to look for my sister Raven. She's a witch and she will help till Elizabeth was brought back.

I was at home on my bed going through my phone. I was super bored and angry. My parents didn't come to check on me because they believe sleeping on it would help out. A message popped up on my screen saying "Chris will be coming back to school in three days time. I was excited and did not bother wondering how they got my number. I decided not to let the excitement get to my head and call the number. I tried calling the number but it doesn't exist. I didn't think much about it but the fact that Chris was coming back to school made me happy. I need to prepare in advance.

***** Elizabeth House*****

I don't feel good today. I somewhat feel happy and sad at the same time. I haven't heard from Elizabeth for days now. I hope she's okay. Xander, I called coming to the living room. Yes honey, he answered. I don't feel good, did they text or call. Did they tell you when they'll be returning, I asked impatiently. Hey calm down, Elizabeth is fine, he said. They'll be returning in three days time so relax. By the way Molly is with her, nothing is going to happen, okay, he assured.

***** Chris Pack *****

We've been preparing. Trixie taught me how to control my powers since she's also a Banshee. We have a day left for us to save Elizabeth. Some people were sent out to get Trixie sister and News has it that they are returning with her. According to Trixie, she already spoke with her sister. Meaning her sister was waiting for us to come fetch her, so when she arrives she'll know what to do. Chris has been restless, Josh and Isaac has not left his side since the day I brought the News. They said it was for the best, so his wolf won't take control of finding their mate.

Molly POV

I must say it has not been easy for Chris for this past two days. When ever we are training, he always makes sure he wore himself out. Whenever he pairs up with other pack members he beats them even when they surrender he doesn't seem to stop. So Josh and Isaac are the only people allowed to pair with him. I remember the first time he pair with one of his pack member. Poor guy was hospitalized for three days.

I was the only one with a special training. When I say special training, I meant Trixie appears in my subconsciousness and training me. After that, Alpha Dan and Luna Susan gives me another training. Yeah I like calling them like that even though they don't really like it. Alpha Dan taught me how to make my opponent angry, so they can throw the first punch and also how to defend attacks. Although we can't tell if they are wolves or not but since Trixie is a Banshee.....yeah they're wolves.

Luna Susan on the other hand who happens to be good a sword and hand fighting. You know taught me to fight using weapons and also having physical combat with my opponent. I must say it wasn't easy but I was able to defend myself in physical combat 95% and wolf fighting 30%. If all the wolves are as big as Alpha Dan's, there might be a chance of me not winning but I have to.

Finally the day we all have been for is here. We all mastered where and how many guards we will encounter in each place. Trixie appeared to me one last time to practice my screams, I've been practicing none stop with she and her sister tends to join at times. Now we are all ready to move out and save my friend. The plans are simple, I'll go with some of the pack members to their weapon room. While Alpha Dan and the rest will follow the hallway to the ritual ground.

Chris POV

I am super excited that finally we're going to save my mate . After all these days am finally going to see her. The day Molly told us she found Elizabeth also a way to save her. I was happy but she said it was through a strong intern; an insider. My blood boiled, Molly said it was nothing that the intern was sorry for causing us pain most especially ME. I later got to know her name was Trixie, she was the Banshee who attacked us at the motel. After Raven was brought to the pack house, she also said her sister was sorry. If I get to meet her in person I'll thank her for the help because without her help. We won't have gotten this far.

Remember when you get there just put on your coats and say the chants. Your scent will be locked, Raven warned. I wish you luck, she said.
