Chapter 13

Rose POV

Amanda's attitude are becoming more confusing now a days. She's more bossy than ever and she gets to yell at little things. Most times she talks to herself, all she does in school was ask if Chris was in school or if we saw him and when we give a 'no' she screams and insult us. She also goes as far as calling us dumb. First of all we are not the keeper of Chris and it's none of our business if he doesn't come to school. He already chose Elizabeth over her, so I don't understand why she's getting all worked up. I remember telling her it wasn't our fault Chris wasn't in school, she almost ate me raw. Which made me regret saying that to her, if not for Lily I wonder what she might have done. I always feel like there's more to her sudden behavior towards us.

She has been with us for more than a week now, don't you think she should at least see her parents even though it's a picture, I asked. I thought I made myself clear the last time, Trixie, Eric asked. Answer me, he command. You did, I replied. Good, he said. But whenever I take her for a walk all she asks are about her family, I said. I am her family, Eric yelled. I became her only family since the day she stepped her foot into my land. And I'll be her only family is that clear, Eric asked. Yes your majesty, I said. You may leave, he said.

I miss you even though I don't know you well, Chris said to himself as he stares at the night sky. Who are you talking to, Molly asked walking up to Chris. What is that, she asked pointing to Chris hands. I immediately hid the picture, it won't be be nice when she sees me with Elizabeth picture most especially taking it without her permission. Nothing, I replied. Oh, she said nodding. You miss her don't you, she ask sitting down. I couldn't deny it, I miss my mate. You don't have to answer because I know you do, she said.

I also can't wait for her to be found and come back home to us. Most especially you, she said looking at me. I turned to see her looking at me. I'm not blind, she said chuckling. I actually noticed how you were more focused on her in school, also how busy you've been concerning finding her, she said. I smile at what she said I never knew it was that obvious. And nobody told me I was among wolves, she said. I was shocked and speechless. Care to explain, she said this time giving me that eye that says 'I want ever details'.

We are not going to hurt you, I assured her. Okay I believe you but you need to fill me in, she said smiling. Just like that and she's good. I thought she was going to scream or threaten to tell the world. Because we like to keep our identity a secret. Josh is so lucky to have her as his mate, I wonder if Elizabeth won't freak out when she finds out who I am.

Molly POV

I was really scared the first day I saw Josh turned into a wolf and ran into the bush. I thought I was dreaming but it was all happening. I didn't want to believe what I just saw until I came in contact with one of them. I ran for my life and it chased me. It only appeared in front of me and turned into a human and said he meant no harm. I couldn't believe my eyes, I passed out in the scene right in front of me. I later woke up and he got to explain everything to me. He also said I could confirm from the Alpha's son which is Chris. I was mad at them not telling me about this after I woke up in the hospital or when I stayed under same roof with them. But I got over it after Chris explained why they didn't tell me.

I came into April chamber, the one Eric gave her to prepare for the rituals. As I was still checking the leaves out April came in. You scared me, April said. I'm sorry about that, I replied. What are this leaves for, I asked touching the leaf with me. Oh they are for the ritual, she said. And the other, I asked pointing to the leaf at the end of the table. They are for strength, the ritual requires enough energy, she said. How do you mean, I asked.

You know she's human so we need to keep her on track, April said. So you're saying she will not survive the ritual, I asked. I never said she won't survive but I'll do my best to make sure she makes it, she explained. You've got to be joking, I said. The ritual is in three days so I need space if you don't mind, April said. I looked at her before I left. Something in her face says the poor girl won't survive the ritual but Eric will get what he wants.

I've not been having a good feeling for the past few days now. I can't really explain it. I'm at the dining having breakfast with Chris and his family. I now know everyone on this land are werewolves but they don't seem to turn all the time except for the first time I saw Josh change. Now am used to it, Chris and the rest of the pack or some of them shift at night because their wolves wants to run.

Most of the time I watch them turn and I must say hearing their bones c***k, I feel their pains with them. So now according to the lies that we told, we should be returning in five days time. So now everyone is working extra hard to find Elizabeth. I finished my food, cleared where I ate and decided to go nap in my room. I turned to the direction that leads to my room only to find myself in a different place. I turned around and noticed someone else in the room.

Hello, am Trixie, she said. Do you know where we are, I asked. Make sure you remember this room every corner, she said. Why, I asked. I'll give you little details on how to get her and this place leads to Elizabeth's room. Save her before it's too late. And just like that am back to the pack house. I rushed to tell Chris and the others about the vision I had.
