DETH visited Sebastian in his cell because he had been there for a while and he doesn't visit him. He wanted to see how he was doing now.
The cell smells of reek and there's this awful smell he can't pinpoint what was it. But the smell isn't his concern. It's Sebastian and he wanted to see how he'd been doing the past few days in the jail.
It's been nearly a month since he was captured and got dragged to jail. Everyone was looking for Sebastian because they know he was last seen in Deth's territory and other groups are doubting it.
