The only thing written on the outside of the note was that. Is this something I'm actually doing? Should I read this note in its entirety?

I'm pumped with adrenaline right now. I'm afraid of what might be written on this small piece of paper for some reason. Serena, on the other hand, I entrust with my life. And if she says it's okay to read and see what else was inside the box, I'm going to do it.
