Chapter Thirty-Eight
Aidan and Chef spent the Friday lunch shift twiddling their thumbs, or in Aidan's case, playing Angry Birds on his phone. Kate predicted a quiet lunch, due to most of the village attending Edith Ashcroft's funeral at three.
They had a couple of tables in, Bonnie and Benjamin fussing over the guests. Bonnie reported back that both tables loved their food so much they were going to recommend Marble's Marvels to their friends.
"Better still, ask them to review us on Trip Advisor," he suggested to her.
Later, Bonnie told him that two of their customers had submitted reviews. Determined to raise his restaurant from a three-point five rating to a five out of five, he was confident with Chef's food their ranking would rise dramatically soon.
