Chapter Forty-Six Aidan took the ticket from the printer. He hooked it behind the service counter, so he could figure out what he needed to put on the grill and what he needed to put in the oven. Once the mains were heating up, he would focus on the choice of potatoes required, leaving vegetables until last. He had a huge pan of boiling water for the veg. It was only half past twelve, and he had twelve meals to cook, split between three tables. If it kept on like this, they might even set a record. He tapped Chef on the back.
