"Love is joy"
The wedding was lovely. We only told the parents and her sister about the engagement. We did not want to take the attention away from her little sister's big day. I was already day dreaming about our wedding.
And how everything was going to play out. I could hardly wait to marry my bride to be. We sit at a table together. We watch her sister take the first dance as a man and wife with her husband. Brenda had happy tears shimmering in her eyes. I take her hand holding it in mine.
"I can't believe she is married! My little sister" Brenda says shaking her head. "Married before me" she jokes with a laugh. I chuckle.
I kiss the top of her hand.
"It will be soon enough. You will be Mrs. Aaron Winters" I tease her.

She grins.
She smiles at me. "I can't wait"
"Me either!" I agree.
"This wedding turned out so beautiful" she sighs.
"Ours will be better" I say to her.
"How soon to you want to marry?" she wonders.
"Well this year" I tell her.
"Alright though time frame when?" she asks.
"You want to set a date?" I tease her. She grins.
"Maybe" she laughs. "Okay yes I want to set a date" she tells me with a nod.
I think on a good one. "Any ideas?" I ask her.
"How about on New Years Eve? The colors would be stunning. Golds and slivers. Then everyone would have that time off during the holiday. We could ring in the new year being husband and wife" she tells me. I nod.
"I like it. Let's do it!" I say.
"We set a date!" she squeals with joy as she hugs me tightly.
"Yes, we did. I can't wait to marry you" I answer as I hold her close. "I really can't wait for our honeymoon" I tease her.

She laughs.
"Oh Aaron" she giggles.
I lean in kissing her. "I would marry you right now" I joke.
"I am sure you would" she laughs.
"It is only because I love you. And I want to spend forever with the woman of my dreams" I tell her happily.
"Here I thought I would never see you again. Now we are planning to spend forever with one another. How lucky are we?" she asks me.
"The luckiest" I agree. She kisses me again. I was the lucky one.
