It’s ridiculous, but there doesn’t seem to be anything that I can do to relax me enough to fall asleep. I’m used to not sleeping well, but it’s usually because of waking up prematurely or having such fitful, restless sleep that I’d probably be better off not sleeping. But this, this is something else entirely. As I’m lying here, still awake, I can’t stop focusing on this weird tension I can feel building in my body.
