The minutes turned into hours. The night grew deeper. She didn’t know when she would fall asleep. The coldness woke her up. Her wet clothes made her shiver even more. She came close to the burning fireplace in the room, but due to the heat of the fireplace, as her clothes were drying, Mia's body began to itch.
