I was still a little on edge being here. I was surrounded by werewolves, creatures that I had spent many years hunting. The pack Luna was being extremely kind. She had invited me up to the Alpha quarters for breakfast. I figured that she probably wanted to discuss me leaving. She had said yesterday that I would be able to visit Holly whenever I wanted, but I was afraid that she had only said that for Holly’s sake. Perhaps she was now going to tell me that I should stay away. I was accompanied up to the Alpha Living Quarters by a lovely young man called Ben. He left me at the door, and I took a deep breath before knocking. I half expected to be greeted with disdain now that Holly wasn’t with me. The door flew open, and to my surprise, the Luna welcomed me with a huge smile. S
