Bea jumped up again and clapped her hands. “Fruit Loops!” “Shh!” Noell grabbed the box and a bowl and put them in front of Bea. She opened the box—it was new—and poured cereal into the bowl. “Is that enough?” Bea’s eyes were big. “Wow. That’s lots.” She patted it level, then picked one up and popped it in her mouth. “Yum. I like Foot Loops.” Noell giggled softly. “I do too. They’re my favorite.” She found another bowl and two spoons. From the refrigerator, she pulled out the milk and sat down. “Oh. Glasses. I should get some for your mom when she comes out.” “What about your coffee?” “Oh, Bea. I’m so glad you reminded me.” Noell got up, opened the coffee and let Bea sniff.
